The Town Planning Board meets monthly throughout the year. Meetings are typically on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6pm in the Burlington Town Municipal Building. Check the Town's website for confirmation of the time and date as meeting times vary on occasion.

About the Planning Board
The Planning Board proposes and recommends modifications to the town's Comprehensive Plan to provide for the improvement of the town, future growth, and protection of natural resources. The development review functions of the Town Planning Board include major and minor subdivisions, lot line modifications, site plan review, and old filed map review.
Planning Board Policies and Procedures
If you want to subdivide your land, sell a part of your land, or wish to exchange or give part of your land to another person including a family member, then you need to have a subdivision plan and file a subdivision application.
