Meeting Information
The Town Planning Board meets monthly throughout the year. Meetings are typically on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6pm in the Burlington Town Municipal Building. About the Planning Board The Planning Board proposes and recommends modifications to the town's Comprehensive Plan to provide for the improvement of the town, future growth, and protection of natural resources. The development review functions of the Town Planning Board include major and minor subdivisions, lot line modifications, site plan review, and old filed map review. Subdivisions must be approved by the Planning Board and will be done during their regular meetings. |
